![]() I said yes, any seat where a standing audience did not block my view. I told her that front row seats were available on the side sections. She didn’t listen to me and told me that the closest available seats were in the tenth row of the center sections. My view was blocked at a Roger Whitter performance a few years ago. I asked for seats up front that would preclude the audience standing in the isles and blocking my view during the performance. I had to explain that the tickets were available on line but that I was overwhelmed by the process. The employee impatiently explained that she could not sell me tickets at the box office if the tickets weren’t available on line. That employee had trouble locating the ticketing information for the Thursday evening event scheduled for March 22nd. I explained to another millennium ticketing employee that I was there to buy the gospel music tickets in person because I was overwhelmed by the online ticketing process. ![]() There still wasn’t any line at the box office. Admittedly I arrived about five minutes early, but the box office windows were open for business. One box office employee told me to step back into line, but there wasn’t a line. I found the millennium ticketing staff to be poor listeners at best and antagonistic at worst. My attempt to purchase gospel music tickets at the Orleans box office was a very disagreeable experience.
